This document is a structural scaffold, not a real agreement. It must be drafted or reviewed by a qualified lawyer before Feelr is submitted to the App Store or Play Store — both require a live, accurate policy at submission time.
1. What we collect
[DUMMY — must enumerate exactly what the app collects. From the codebase this includes at minimum: username, password, display name, date of birth, bio, profile and story photographs, interests, approximate location, device push token, messages, and likes.]
2. Location
[DUMMY — the app requests location when in use, in order to show nearby stories and an approximate distance. State the precision stored, the retention period, and how to turn it off.]
3. Photographs
[DUMMY — profile and story images are uploaded to object storage via presigned URLs. State the storage provider and region, who can access them, and what happens on expiry and deletion.]
4. Messages
[DUMMY — state whether messages are encrypted at rest and in transit, who can access them, and the retention window. Note the visibility window applied in the product.]
5. Notifications
[DUMMY — push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging. Name Google as a processor and link its terms.]
6. Third parties and processors
[DUMMY — list every processor with purpose and region. Based on the app this includes at least Google (Sign-In, Firebase) and the object storage and hosting providers. This list must match the Play Console data-safety declaration and the App Store privacy nutrition label exactly, or review will flag it.]
7. How long we keep things
[DUMMY — stories expire after 24 hours; state what is retained beyond that and for how long, including after account deletion.]
8. Your rights

9. Children
